Watermelon—After grilling, toss with arugula and balsamic dressing to make a salad. This grilled watermelon salad recipe (with video) from The Food Network is easy to make.

Peaches, plums, or apricots—Grill with or without the skin and pair with a pork tenderloin, marinated chicken, or steak. You could even dice them up and add to salsa.

Apples— Slice into thin discs and lightly spray with cooking spray so they don’t stick to the grill.

Berries—Stick strawberries, blueberries and blackberries onto a skewer and grill for about 7 minutes; pair with low fat yogurt dip.

Bananas—Cut it in half lengthwise, leaving the peel on, and sprinkle with Splenda’s brown sugar blend. Or try this Whole Foods grilled banana with toppings recipe!
